The signing ceremony of the Intergovernmental Agreement between Kazakhstan and Estonia on readmission was held at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

ASTANA, 15 December. The signing ceremony of the Intergovernmental Agreement between Kazakhstan and Estonia on readmission was held at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The document regulating the legal and organizational issues of readmission of the two countries was signed by the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Marat Akhmetzhanov, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Toomas Tirs.

Minister Akhmetzhanov noted the importance of this agreement for both countries, as well as the interest in the exchange of experience between the representatives of the police and justice systems of Kazakhstan and Estonia, adding that Estonia has gaines longer experience in terms of digitalization of services in these fields.

Ambassador Tirs noted the importance and readiness for cooperation between the two countries.
