On March 5, 2023, elections to the Riigikogu will take place in Estonia. In order for you to exercise your right to vote in these elections, you must be assigned an electoral district.
Candidates for whom it is possible to vote, and mandates are appointed on the basis of electoral districts. Of the 87,500 Estonian citizens residing abroad, 77,000 people have an electoral district so far.
In order for us to designate an electoral district for you as well, please inform the e-mail address [email protected] of your last place of residence in Estonia as accurately as possible. If you did not live in Estonia, please tell us the exact address of your parents or grandparents in Estonia.
When submitting your residence data, please take into account the following: 1) if you live in the city of Tallinn, please provide at least the district of the city, 2) if you live in the city of Tartu, please indicate at least the city of Tartu, 3) if you live in other places in Estonia, it will be it is enough if you write in which county it was located.
During the preliminary voting from February 27 to March 4, you can also vote electronically on the website valimised.ee.
Voting at the Embassy in Astana (Kabanbai Batyr 28) will take place on February 19 from 11.00 to 13.00 and on February 20 from 11.00 to 13.00.
