According to Interdepartmental commission on prevention of emergence and spread of coronavirus infection in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreign citizens in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be released from administrative liability if they leave the territory of the Republic until 5 August 2020. In addition, foreigners whose visas have expired or whose visas have not been extended due to quarantine measures in the Republic of Kazakhstan, exit visas of the Republic of Kazakhstan must be issued in a timely manner through the local migration services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
At the same time, foreigners whose visas have expired and who have not applied for exit visas will be held administratively liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan if they do not leave the territory of the Republic by 5 August 2020.
