The refused visa applicant or a visa holder whose visa has been annulled or revoked can turn to the relevant representation by submitting a written Application within 30 calendar days as of the date of the lodging of an appeal.

The fee charged for processing the appeal is 80 €.

The state fee can be paid only through a bank or credit card. Cash is not possible.

The applicant must physically submit a printed application, passport and receipt of the state fee payment to the consular department at his/her choice: in person, by courier service or by power of attorney. Please notify the consular department in advance by sending a request to [email protected]
